Stop rewriting the same internship application.
FindIntern checks the job sites for you, shows you the openings that actually fit, and gets your resume and cover letter ready for each one. You decide what gets sent.
Free and open source. No AI key needed to start.

From a pile of listings to a short list
About five minutes of setup. After that, you only look at what's worth your time.
1. Tell it once
Upload the resumes you already have. FindIntern reads them into a list of facts for you to correct and confirm. Add the roles, cities, stipend and graduation year you want.
2. It reads the listings
Every few hours it checks job sites and company career boards, merges the same opening posted in different places, and flags listings that ask for fees or look like network marketing.
3. You get a short list
Wrong city, wrong batch, unpaid or senior roles are left out, and it tells you how many and why. The rest are scored, with what fits and what's missing.
4. One click to apply
Press Apply and your resume and cover letter are ready for that job. You check them, then send. It remembers what you applied to, so you never apply twice.
Every application goes the way that job allows
Some jobs can be emailed. Most can't be submitted by a bot. FindIntern does as much of the work as each one safely permits.
Jobs that take email
The application goes from your own Gmail or Outlook, with the tailored PDF attached, so replies come straight to you.
You: Read it, press Send
Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby forms
FindIntern reads the form and prepares every answer. The browser extension fills it in and attaches your resume.
You: Check it, press Submit on the site
Everywhere else
You get an email with the link, your resume and a cover letter ready to paste, including for Internshala, where you apply from your own account.
You: Apply on the site, mark it done
Your resume stays true
Tailoring means choosing and rewording what you've really done. If the AI adds something you never confirmed, it gets undone, and you see exactly what changed.
What you confirmed
Wrote unit tests that cut production bugs
AI draft: added a number you never gave
Wrote unit tests that cut production bugs by 40%
On your resume: your wording, and a note saying why

What FindIntern won't do
- Add a skill, number or job you didn't confirm
- Solve a CAPTCHA or try to look like a human
- Log in to Internshala, Naukri or LinkedIn for you
- Answer consent, visa or referral questions for you
- Send anything unless you approve it, or turn on auto mode yourself
- Apply to the same opening twice, on any site
It uses public job APIs and pages that sites allow bots to read, identifies itself honestly, and spaces out what it sends. Read the details.
Run it yourself, or run it for your college
You don't have to install anything to use a hosted copy. If you'd rather control your data, the same software runs on your own machine, and a coding club can host one copy for its college.

Questions
Is it free?
Yes. FindIntern is open source under the MIT license. It works without AI, and if you want AI scoring and rewording you bring your own key. Gemini has a free tier.
Will it apply to jobs without asking me?
Not by default. In review mode, nothing goes out until you press Send. Auto mode is something you switch on: it only acts on strong AI-scored matches, stays within your daily limit, and still leaves anything addressed to a personal email for you to check.
Could it put something false on my resume?
Names, titles, dates and grades come straight from your confirmed facts. If the AI adds a number, tool or skill, FindIntern undoes it and shows you what it changed. It can't check every phrase, so read your cover letter before you send it.
Is my email password safe?
Use a Gmail App Password rather than your real password; you can cancel it any time. It's encrypted when stored and never shown again.
Why do I have to submit some forms myself?
Most company forms have bot protection, and getting around it isn't something FindIntern will do. The extension does the typing and you press Submit, so it stays one click.
Do I have to install anything?
Not if someone hosts a copy for you: create an account and start. If you'd rather keep everything on a machine you control, the same software runs on your own computer with Docker.
Who can see my data?
Whoever runs the FindIntern you sign up on. That can be you: it runs on your own computer with Docker. Recruiters only see what you send them, and your AI provider only sees what's needed to score or tailor. You can export or delete everything.
Set it up once, then just check your short list.
